Having been trained and apprenticed as a journeyman, DJ knows the nuts and bolts of quality construction. Years of hands-on experience in acquiring, overseeing and managing his company’s holdings has provided him with the negotiation skills to retain tenants as well as successfully deal with banks and mortgage companies.
