Lorne Epp
As Founding Director and CEO of More Than A Roof Group, Lorne has a longstanding
relationship with the MTR Foundation. During his 23 years of oversight, this housing and health organization grew province-wide from one location to thirteen with four distinct divisions.
His vocational background includes teaching, real estate, and project management in the development/construction industry.
Since stepping away from the overall leadership of More Than A Roof in 2019, Lorne has enjoyed an entrepreneurial journey as a coach and consultant to a select number of corporate clients. He is passionate about building organizational health and enterprise readiness in groups committed to making a difference in this world.
He currently serves on the founding board of Lelem Housing Society, the affordable housing division of Musqueam Capitol Corporation.
Recently, Lorne accepted an invitation for the Board of Directors to take a leadership role with the Foundation as Executive Director.
Lorne’s personal interests include a log cabin on an alpine lake, motorcycle riding, amateur filmmaking, reading, and guitar.
He resides in the Greater Vancouver area with his wife Margaret. They have three energetic grandchildren.
