Terry is an international businessman and venture philanthropist who spent 23 years of his corporate career with Reckitt Benckiser plc, a FTSE 100 company in the UK with operations in over 60 countries, sales in 200 countries, revenues in excess of $14 billion and a market cap of $52 billion. During his  role as part of the T400 Executive Group and Global Director of Business Development, he gave oversight to the optimization of over $2.5 billion per year in global trade investment. In the last 10 years of his corporate career company revenues grew by +253%, operating profits by +529% and the share price increased by +455%. He is currently CEO and Chairman of Worldplay Communications and serves on the Boards of Fresnel Software Corporation and currently chairs the More Than a Roof Foundation.

Terry resides near Calgary, Alberta has been married to his wife Marina for 37 years. They have 4 adult, married children and seven grandchildren.
